We just had to get out today!

I have been at home sick for over a week now. I tried to go to work twice and ended up in bed all the next day. I finally got some good medication that I think is working.

Anyway...we just HAD to get outside today. The weather was sublime...not too hot, not too cold...sunny and beautiful!! We went to our new favorite park. The kiddos played, went on a nature walk and played in the river.
It was GLORIOUS to be in the sun.

What a Weekend!

We had quite a weekend. We went to the drive-in movie on Friday (it only rained a little bit). Bug LOVED Ginormica on Monsters vs. Aliens. She wants to be a scientist so she can figure out how to make herself humongous. :)

Saturday we had an Easter party. The food was yummo (thanks ma & pa kettle). The kiddos hunted eggs and had a blast. And the grown-ups sat and chatted. Loved it!

Saturday night we colored eggs.


Sunday we did the bunny thing.
Bud woke up and almost caught the bunny in action.
Note to self: wake up earlier next year. :)

Easter Dress-up

It was an enjoyable weekend!

Bug and Bud went outside to play today. They wanted to jump in the puddles and draw with sticks in the sand. They had fun. Bug had taken out her clipboard and paper to make an inventory list of all the things outside. This is what she came back with:

• Lots of mud puttls.
• Lots of gras.
• Lots of weeds.
• One nest.
• A muddy siens projekt.
• Two bikes.
• That's it.

Cupcakes!

We made cupcakes today. I think it is the first time I have made them in my entire life, but it may have just been a while. :) It was fun. And they were yummo! The kids had fun.

My New Obsession...

I love it! I got to decorate my apartment. I visit the gym (only because it's fake!). I go to work for 1 minute and then don't have to go back for six hours. I can buy tea, food, and clothes. I can visit the beach and race on the race track. It is SO fun!!

This is the virtual me. She is so cute!I like my virtual life better than my regular life! ;)
