Another Wonderful Hike...

The kiddos and I got up early and made our way to this beautiful place.

Silver Lake near Brighton, Utah.

It was beyond beautiful up there and I mean up there because I don't think we could have gone any higher in these mountains. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!! And it was cool! Like I-almost-need-a-jacket cool! The kids loved all the informational signs. They liked learning about and looking for flowers, fish and wildlife. We learned about wetlands and how they help our water supply. The pleasant and mostly shady jaunt around the lake was lovely. We are planning a
definite return trip! :)
